Operations
How each site is running, what it collects and what it is going to cost — and the work we do for our clinicians.
Renew operationsHow each site is running for Renew: what it collects and what it costs
- CollectionsCash collected against pro forma, from Medusind's reports.
- Monthly Operating ReviewEach facility's monthly review: financials against the proforma.
- Labor ForecastWhat each site's schedule will cost, priced from its rate card. Labor Forecast settings Admins and owners of MOR or PayrollAgency bill rates and who is ours, set once for every facility.
- Pay run from the schedule Admins and owners of MOR or PayrollA closed month priced from the schedule, beside what payroll paid, and the WorkMarket file written from it.
- Anesthesia utilization Trial · Steele and TonyA hospital's case log as the report they are given: use by campus, department and hour against the proposed coverage, as a PDF or a live file.
Clinician operationsWork we do with and on behalf of our clinicians
- Renew Schedule Preview · SteeleCoverage-first scheduling for every specialty: the week board, coverage model, time and attendance, time off, approvals and pay — with invented people and rates.

How this worksWhere the figures come from, and who sees what
- Collections
- Built from Medusind's reports, and only the totals are kept. Cash posted against pro forma is shown by day and by date of service; what is still owed, by how old it is; what was written off, and why — with the credentialing holds beside the aging.
- Monthly Operating Review
- The review we hold with each facility every month: hospital financials against the proforma, recruiting, and action items.
- Training: Read a hospital's MOR · Load a month's figures · Prepare for the meeting
- Labor Forecast
- Pick a site and see what its schedule will cost, week by week and month by month, as far ahead as Connecteam is scheduled — every shift priced from the site's rate card and the facility card. Its Settings page sets the agency's bill rates by region and who is ours, once for every facility.
- Training: Run a labor forecast · Check the rates it used · Labor Forecast settings
- Pay run from the schedule
- A closed month priced shift by shift from Connecteam — each person's own rate-card line, their call stipends, their monthly salary in equal parts — set beside what payroll paid for the same month, with the WorkMarket file written from it once nothing blocks it.
- The rate cards. Each person's pay line — the rate the Labor Forecast and the pay run price them at — is kept on the Payroll page's Rate Cards. Payroll itself is no longer on the home page or in the sidebar (23 Oct 2026: the pay run from the schedule is the pay tool now); the rate-card links inside the Labor Forecast and the pay run still open it, and Search finds "Rate Cards".
- Leadership Time Sheets · Clinician operations
- Medical directors, assistant medical directors and chief CRNAs log their administrative hours each day on their own page and submit the month; it is held to each one's minimum and emailed as a PDF to the facility's hospital recipients and to Renew. The leaders, their minimums and the recipients are kept here, in its own access area.
- Who sees what
- Operations, the Monthly Operating Review and the Labor Forecast share one access area, MOR. If a yellow line under the top bar says “MOR is read-only for you”, you can read and print everything, but saving is for admins and that area's owners. Collections has owners of its own.
- Pay beside a name is shown only to admins and owners of MOR or Payroll, and only they can open Labor Forecast settings, the pay run or Add people to Connecteam (now reached from Recruiting › Automations, and from Labor Forecast settings).
