Labor Forecast settings
One place to record what the forecast cannot read for itself: the agency's bill rates by state, each site's rate card and facility card, the sub-jobs nobody has named a role for, and who is ours and who is a locum.
Agency (locum) bill rates, by state
One tile per state. Set the CRNA and physician bill rate once and every locum shift on that state's schedules is priced at it; when the same agency covers several states, fill in one tile and press Use for every state to copy its rates to the rest. A rate saved on the forecast page for one site still wins there, and a rate set for a named person wins over both. Leave a box empty and locums in that state stay at the facility card's PRN rate, labelled as a floor — never $0. Call stipends are optional: with none, a locum's call shift uses the facility card's stipend.
Sites
Each Connecteam schedule, the Payroll rate card it is paid from, the reference-sheet facility card it prices from, and which state's agency tile it belongs to. A wrong mapping changes every forecast and every pay run for that site. The facility card columns show what the reference sheet can price today; a blank is where the forecast falls back or leaves a shift unpriced. Fix those on the reference sheet, where they belong, with the link.
Shift types the forecast cannot price
Sub-jobs where the role is not in the name and nobody has worked them yet (a new site's open shifts), and shift types that end up unpriced. Say which role works each one and whether it is a working shift, a call shift, or not ours to count.
People to decide
Everyone on any schedule who the forecast had to make a call on: a name on neither the rate card nor the Staff Master (treated as a locum), someone on the Staff Master for a different contract, a name matched only on last name and first initial, or someone Connecteam calls one thing and the Staff Master another. Decide once here and it holds on every schedule. A pay rate is per site, so the same person can have a different rate at each.
