Monday
EveryoneConnect your own Monday account so changes you make from the workspace show on Monday as you, not under the workspace's shared Monday account. You sign in on Monday's own page; the workspace never sees your Monday password.
Two-way board: the Clinician Pipeline writes to MondayAdmins
Off (the default): the Clinician Pipeline only reads the board, and Mark Contract Signed works as it always has. On: from the Pipeline, "+ New candidate" adds people to Monday's New Leads (after the duplicate check), a person's status can be changed from their status, and the details we get once a contract is signed can be saved before Contract Signed — each written to Monday as whoever pressed it, by Recruiting's owners (or everyone, while it has none). Each person needs their own Monday connected above before it works for them; until then nothing is written for them, Mark Contract Signed included.
Only an admin can change this

Admins
Admins can edit every area and change this page.
Anyone you add here is emailed to tell them what they can now edit. Removing access is never emailed, and nobody is emailed about a change they made themselves.
Mail app
Applies to everyoneWhich mail app every "draft an email" button opens: reminders, outreach, follow-ups, the contact links. Nothing is ever sent from the workspace; the draft opens for the person who pressed, and they press Send.
Area owners
Give an area an owner and it becomes read-only for everyone else. Leave it empty and it stays open to all staff, exactly as today.
Team
Everyone who is in the workspace — the people who have signed in, and the people you have invited who have not yet. Anyone with a @renewmedgrp.com account can sign in whether or not they are listed; adding someone here sends them the invitation and puts them on this list.
