Reading Connecteam’s Contract Type and Facility lists…
Adding people to Connecteam is for admins and owners of MOR or Payroll
It creates people in Connecteam, the schedule every site runs on, so it is kept to the people who run the schedule and payroll. Ask an admin to add someone, or to give you access on Team & Access.
Connecteam’s lists could not be read
— nothing has been changed in Connecteam.
The list below sends no invitations. People added from it get no text and no email from Connecteam. People confirmed from Waiting for approval get the Connecteam app invitation only if you tick it for that batch. Connecteam is read-only, except adding people — this page (admins and MOR/Payroll owners, a check then a confirm) and the Contract Signed automation when Steele has it switched on (full-time added with the app invitation, PRN held here for approval). Claude never edits Connecteam on its own.

Who to add 0
No one yet. Add a person, or paste a list from a spreadsheet.
One person per line: first name, last name, mobile, email, and if you have them Contract Type and Facility — tab- or comma-separated. A header row (First, Last, Mobile, Email, Contract Type, Facility) is read and skipped. Nothing pasted is kept anywhere until you check and confirm.

How this works
- Waiting for approval
- When a candidate’s status becomes Contract Signed and the Contract Signed automation is on (Recruiting › Automations), a Full Time clinician is added to Connecteam by itself, with the app invitation. Everyone else waits here: PRN and anyone not clearly Full Time, a near name, a facility Connecteam’s Facility list does not have, a card with no usable name, mobile or email. Their mobile and email are read on the server from the copy of the Recruiting board and never shown here. Check and confirm them as below; the confirm’s tick decides whether that batch gets the app invitation. Remove takes someone off the list without adding them.
- The check changes nothing
- The workspace asks Connecteam who is already there — by email, then mobile, then name, archived people included. A near name (the same last name and first initial: a nickname, a middle name) is held back until you tick that it is someone else. You see who would be created, with which Contract Type and Facility, and any facility that would be added to Connecteam’s Facility list.
- One confirm per batch
- The confirm names everyone it will create. Connecteam is checked once more as they are created, so anyone added in the meantime is skipped, never doubled. They are created as plain users; nobody’s existing record is changed.
- No invitation from the list
- Connecteam sends nothing to the people added from the list. When someone should start using the Connecteam app, send their invitation from Connecteam. Only a batch from Waiting for approval can carry it, and only when its tick is ticked.
- A facility that is not in Connecteam yet
- Choose it under “Not in Connecteam yet” — those are the facility cards on the Reference Sheet that Connecteam’s Facility list does not have. It is added to that list only when you confirm, at most five in one batch.
- Who can use it, and what is kept
- Admins and owners of MOR or Payroll — the server checks every request. Each confirmed batch is recorded below: who ran it, when, and the names it created, skipped and could not create. The activity log gets the counts only, never a name.
