One general email — the same words to everyone, in BCC — with the positions you pick, written from the reference sheet. Nothing is sent from here: Gmail opens with the draft addressed, and you press Send.
Two short notes — one to the people we sent a contract, one checking in with conversations that have gone quiet. To more than one person they go as one email with everyone in BCC, or as one personal email each, addressed by name: first name for a CRNA, Dr. and surname for a physician, and the facility we talked about. Untick anyone, edit the words, then Gmail opens the drafts for you to press Send.
Your own email to the people you choose — a template you saved, or new words — with the open positions dropped in if you want them. Nothing is sent from here: Gmail opens each draft addressed, and you press Send. Nobody marked DNC is ever on the list.
Sent at 9 in the morning, Denver time; a date on a weekend moves to the Monday. Each person gets their own email from the workspace’s sender, and every one ends with a line telling them to reply “stop” to be left out — when someone does, mark them DNC on Monday and the next send leaves them out. Nothing goes until an admin has switched it on and approved these words on Automations; change a word later and it stops until it is approved again.
Every email opened from this page in the last year, newest first — opportunities, follow-ups and campaigns, one line per send. A draft is logged the moment it opens, so if one never went, take it back: it stops counting for everyone on it, and their Monday items get a note saying so. A recurring campaign’s send went automatically, so it cannot be taken back.
Adds the person to the Monday Recruiting board in New Leads, with these columns filled, as you. The board is checked first for the same email, phone or name, on Recruiting and the Provider Staff Master. Starred fields are needed, as on the lead-capture task.
An email or a phone number is needed — one is enough.
What we get once the contract is signed, saved to their Monday item first. Nothing changes their status until you press Mark Contract Signed and confirm it.
