Two short notes — one to the people we sent a contract, one checking in with conversations that have gone quiet — each addressed by name: first name for a CRNA, Dr. and surname for a physician, and the facility we talked about. Untick anyone, edit the words, then Gmail opens one draft at a time for you to press Send.
