Facilities we staff today. These are the rows that decide whether we stay in market — and the ones where drifting below the recommendation costs us clinicians.

“Current pay” is the rate on the facility card in the recruiting reference sheet — the figure we advertise and contract at for that scope. It is never an individual's compensation. A blank means no position on the card covers that scope. Why is a rate blank?

Markets we are bidding into or studying ahead of a proforma. There is nothing to compare against yet — these rates are what a bid should be built on. When one is won, Mark as won moves it into Current contracts so it starts being monitored.
