Admins only

The backup downloads every record the workspace keeps, payroll and clinician details included, so only admins run it. Ask Steele if one is needed.

Each one downloads as a single JSON file.

Copy	Size	Download

A copy downloads as one JSON file. It holds every record in the workspace, payroll and clinician details included — keep it somewhere only you can reach. Each download is written to the activity log.

Partial

Not a full backup. This reads a fixed list of 23 collections and the Realtime Database. It misses staff and the roles, Build boards and their rows, saved reports, the message board and private messages, facility links, shares and contract terms, credentialing, training progress, collections uploads, Business Development and more. Only the nightly copy above is complete.

Reads Firestore and the Realtime Database as you and downloads renew-workspace-backup-….json. Nothing is changed or sent anywhere; the file only goes to your Downloads folder.

Collection	Documents	Status

Reads (23 collections and the Realtime Database):

Misses, among others — the nightly copy finds these itself:

Never copied, by either — each holds a sign-in token or a key:

Storage files (locums receipts) are in neither copy — download those from the Firebase Console if ever needed. Restoring is done by a script on request, not from this page. To add a collection here, edit the COLLECTIONS list in this file and note it in HANDBOOK/02-data.md.
